The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following:
- Softscape Maintenance
- Routine maintenance of all plants, shrubs, and ground covers
- Pruning, trimming, and shaping of trees and ornamental plants
- Removal and replacement of dead or damaged plants
- Fertilization and soil conditioning to promote healthy growth
- Pest and disease control using environmentally safe methods
- Tree Care Services
- Scheduled tree pruning and canopy management
- Structural support and stabilization where required
- Monitoring tree health and implementing corrective actions
- Indoor Plant Maintenance
- Regular watering, cleaning, and polishing of indoor plants
- Replacement of unhealthy plants to maintain aesthetics
- Integrated pest management for indoor greenery
- Irrigation System Maintenance
- Inspection, testing, and maintenance of irrigation systems
- Adjustment of watering schedules based on seasonal requirements
- Repair and replacement of faulty components (valves, pipes, sprinklers, drip systems)
- Ensuring efficient water usage and minimizing wastage
- General Landscape Upkeep
- Cleaning of landscaped areas and removal of debris
- Maintenance of planting beds and mulching
- Ensuring overall site cleanliness and presentation
- Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)
- All personnel will be equipped with proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Compliance with Abu Dhabi safety regulations and Sheikh Shakhbout Medical City standards
- Safe handling and application of fertilizers and chemicals
- Regular safety briefings and supervision on-site
