Special attention is given to palm tree maintenance, including cleaning, pruning, and health monitoring to preserve their structural integrity and aesthetic value. All landscaped areas are maintained to the highest horticultural standards, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and long-term sustainability.
The irrigation systems are regularly inspected, tested, and maintained to ensure efficient water distribution and conservation. This includes troubleshooting, repair of leaks, adjustment of sprinkler systems, and optimization of irrigation schedules in line with environmental conditions.
As part of the project, a small nursery is established within the site to support ongoing landscaping needs. The nursery enables the cultivation of seasonal plants and replacement stock, ensuring quick availability of healthy plants and contributing to cost efficiency and sustainability.
