Al Hikmah Building & Contracting
This contract covers the provision of comprehensive waste management services for Al Hikmah Building & Contracting Company in Abu Dhabi. The objective of this agreement is to ensure the safe, efficient, and environmentally responsible handling of general and hard waste generated from construction, maintenance, and operational activities.
The scope of work includes the collection, segregation, transportation, and disposal of non-hazardous general waste as well as hard waste such as construction debris, concrete, tiles, metals, and other bulk materials. Services are carried out on a scheduled basis, with the flexibility to accommodate additional requirements during peak construction and operational periods.
All waste management activities are conducted in full compliance with local authority regulations and environmental standards. Approved disposal facilities and recycling centers are utilized to ensure proper treatment of waste, with a strong emphasis on sustainability through recycling and waste reduction practices.
The services are executed by trained and qualified personnel equipped with appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), ensuring strict adherence to health and safety protocols. Modern, well-maintained vehicles and specialized equipment are deployed to handle heavy and bulky waste efficiently while minimizing disruption to ongoing site operations.
Regular monitoring, inspections, and reporting are implemented to maintain high service quality and ensure full compliance throughout the contract period. Documentation of waste volumes, disposal records, and service schedules provides transparency and accountability.
