Axon Facilities Management and Services was commissioned by Ithraa Abu Dhabi to carry out the annual comprehensive maintenance project for Al Ittihad Park in Abu Dhabi.
The project was implemented to ensure the park operates according to the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and visitor experience. As a leading destination for outdoor events, the project focused on providing integrated facilities management services that support major events while maintaining the infrastructure in optimal condition year-round.
The scope of work included a full range of maintenance, operation, and support services, ensuring seamless coordination between all systems and facilities within the park.

1. Facilities Management:

The scope of work included the following:
1. Facilities Management:
- Complete operation and management of all park facilities to ensure their continuous operation and readiness for events.
- Implementation of preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
2. Civil and Electromechanical Maintenance:
- Maintenance and repair of all civil structures, facilities, and infrastructure.
- Operation and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure their reliability and efficiency.
3. Cleaning and Security Services:
- Provision of comprehensive cleaning services in all areas, maintaining the highest standards of hygiene. * Deployment of trained security personnel to ensure safety and crowd management during events and daily operations.
4. Waste Management:
- Efficient collection, sorting, and disposal of waste in accordance with environmental regulations.
- Implementation of sustainable waste management practices.
5. Pest Control:
- Regular inspection and treatment for pest prevention and control to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
6. Sanitization and Disinfection:
- Regular and emergency sanitization services in all facilities.
- Application of approved disinfection methods to maintain public health standards.
7. Fire Alarm System Maintenance:
- Inspection, testing, and maintenance of fire alarm systems and firefighting equipment.
- Ensuring full compliance with safety regulations and emergency preparedness requirements.
8. Security and Safety Services:
- Implementation of safety protocols, risk assessments, and emergency response procedures.
