Ruwais Housing Complex is multi-million-dollar investment that provides residential facilities for employees of the Ruwais Industrial Complex, their
downstream operations hub. Distributed over a geographical boundary of 15 km2 this complex includes over 7,000 residential units - ranging from
one-bedroom apartments to four-bedroom, double-story ‘executive’ villas – and features a number of recreation parks, planted with more than
22,000 trees.
The complex also features a modern general hospital and purpose-built clinic, eight schools – providing elementary to secondary education – a
shopping mall with over 261 outlets, and four recreation centers.
